Store Operations Manager

At Domino's, we're looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
- Shift Running: You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Cash Control: You'll be responsible for managing the store's cash handling procedures, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: You'll provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: You'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all staff members are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with Rostering: You'll work closely with the store manager to create and manage the store's roster, ensuring that all staff members are scheduled fairly and efficiently.
- Assist with Ordering Stock and Completing Stock-Takes: You'll assist with the ordering and receipt of stock, ensuring that all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with Food Safety Supervisor Duties: You'll assist with the implementation and maintenance of food safety procedures, ensuring that the store meets all relevant food safety standards.
- Assist with Recruitment and Training: You'll assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with Close Shift Paperwork: You'll assist with the completion of close shift paperwork, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Safety and Security: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to all relevant safety procedures.
