Senior Rural Health Partnership Leader

The University of Sydney is seeking a senior medical practitioner to lead rural health education and partnership initiatives. The role will be based in Dubbo and Orange, focusing on educational collaborations with Western NSW LHD.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise to drive the development of the medical program at Dubbo and Orange.
- Cultivate and manage external partnerships with local communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Federal and State Governments, and other higher education providers.
- Report directly to the Head of School and Dean of Sydney Medical School, serving as a member of the Sydney Medical School Leadership Group.
- Holding or eligible for registration in NSW as a medical practitioner.
- Demonstrated success in people leadership and management within the higher education sector and/or health sector.
- Commitment to advancing rural health and rural health workforce education.
