We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support four executives in a medium-sized rural health service. This role requires someone with exceptional skills in planning, organisation and prioritisation of workload with multiple demands.

About the Role

The executive assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team. They will need to have demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet timelines while maintaining a high level of productivity.

  • Demonstrated experience in executive administration, preferably in a health or aged care related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop networks and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Working independently and driving initiatives within tight timeframes is also essential for this role.
