Quality, Education and Risk Manager

About the Role

This strategic leadership role promotes a culture of best care delivery through quality systems, consumer experience, and organisational risk management. It involves developing frameworks and policies to ensure effective governance systems are in place.

The role focuses on working collaboratively with executive teams, managers, and staff to ensure a broad-based risk management system is integrated into the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality, risk, consumer experience, and education frameworks and policies
  • Collaborate with executive teams and staff to promote a culture of best practice
  • Manage organisational risk and work with the Executive team to ensure a broad-based risk management system
About You
  • Degree or diploma in clinical, risk management, education, business management, health administration or similar
  • Experience in health sector environments with an understanding of governance and accreditation systems and standards
  • Able to translate organisational strategy into meaningful plans and objectives
  • Proven leadership capabilities including high level communication and influencing skills
