Student Learning and Professional Practice Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our executive team as a Student Learning and Professional Practice Leader. This key role plays a pivotal part in shaping the academic and professional culture of our school, ensuring that our standards for teaching, learning, and growth remain exemplary.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit community where teachers, students, and families collaborate with a sense of belonging and shared purpose. As a Student Learning and Professional Practice Leader, you will:

  • Lead curriculum development, assessment, and innovative teaching practices that enhance student learning outcomes across various year levels.
  • Mentor and support staff in professional growth, including facilitating Professional Learning Teams and overseeing targeted professional development programs.
  • Use data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes, curriculum planning, and personalized learning strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess postgraduate qualifications or a commitment to further study in Instructional Leadership and/or Educational Leadership. They will also have demonstrated experience in leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving improvement in student outcomes.
