About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. As a strategic advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and best practices in the complex field of global trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership and the business, providing guidance aligned with regulatory expectations and risk appetite.
- Support the execution of our Compliance strategy by delivering advisory services, conducting risk assessments, leading training initiatives, developing policies and procedures, and implementing effective controls.
- Lead reviews of new business initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Participate in strategic working groups, offering proactive Compliance input.
- Liaise with local regulators as required.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance teams to drive regional initiatives, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Compliance function by identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
About You:
You will possess strong knowledge of relevant trading regulations, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced industry landscape.
- 7+ years of Compliance experience within the trading industry, with extensive support provided to trading desks.
- Deep understanding of trading regulations impacting global market makers, with strong knowledge of regulatory expectations and market structures.
- Proven track record in developing and executing Compliance programs, policies, and controls.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of interpreting complex regulatory requirements and delivering practical solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership through previous experience leading teams, projects, or strategic initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder influence and outcome delivery.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
- Committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all Compliance responsibilities.
