Job Summary

This is a critical role in driving business outcomes across the corporate business. The successful candidate will lead key projects and initiatives to drive engagement, improve remuneration practices, and enhance performance management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee the employee engagement survey process and develop action plans to improve engagement levels
  • Ensure accurate data collation and analysis for the annual remuneration review process
  • Deliver coaching and development programs for people leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including investigation and disciplinary processes
  • Develop and manage the talent and succession program for executive management team members and common law employees

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in human resource management or related field
  • Generalist HR background with sound knowledge of HR specialisms
  • Highly developed coaching/mentoring skills and personal resilience
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
