Workforce Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Leader to drive strategic workforce planning, onboarding, career development, and talent management initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our person-centred, agile, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective workforce strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Create and manage career development plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, training, and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or business management.
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in workforce planning and mobility management.
  • Knowledge of aged care regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software.
