Job Title: Bid Administrator

You will play a vital role in supporting the coordination, preparation, and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, and capability statements.

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage access to online tender portals, format and proofread documents, ensure responses meet quality standards, and schedule internal review reminders. You will also track new opportunities, organize bid content within systems, and provide general administrative support such as travel bookings and event logistics.

You will work closely with marketing, communications, and graphic teams to ensure all documentation reflects the brand. Additionally, you will support business development and client relationship activities, escalate complex enquiries to senior colleagues, and contribute to special projects when needed.
