We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.

About the Role
  • Support project development and coordination, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and risk management.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and coordinating meetings to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Track and forecast project timelines, identifying potential overruns and assisting in preparing variation requests as needed.
  • Contribute to investigations and solution development for SA Water proposals, supporting planning and preferred solution evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Coordinate schedules, planning, and risk assessments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by fostering collaboration, professionalism, and ethical engagement throughout the development process.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical or instrumentation engineering.
  • Specialist experience in the water infrastructure and civil construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
