About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent Aquatic Program Coordinator for our Learn to Swim and Water Safety Program at PLC Melbourne. The successful candidate will have experience in a swim centre environment and possess excellent communication skills, strong ICT skills, and high-level administrative abilities.

The Aquatic Program Coordinator will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and staffing our established Learn to Swim Program for the college and wider community. This role requires a passion for developing water skills in children of all ages, strong teamwork skills, and a solutions-focused attitude.

  • An aquatics background with experience in a swim centre environment;">

  • A solutions-focused attitude and positive work ethic;">
  • Current AUSTSWIM, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates;">
  • Postgraduate studies in Sports Administration or similar would be highly regarded.">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
