We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Home in Place, a renowned Employer of Choice through the Australian Business Awards.

About the Role

  • This is a Monday to Friday role with fortnightly RDO options, providing an excellent work-life balance for the successful candidate.
  • The Property Manager will be based at our Muswellbrook Branch, serving as a vital part of our property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tenants and property owners in managing their properties, ensuring seamless tenancy transitions.
  • Prepare for and represent clients at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize rent arrears and optimize property occupancy rates.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, property inspections, and rent arrears management will be highly valued.

Requirements

  • A current drivers license, enabling you to efficiently travel between properties and events.
  • Strong organizational skills, allowing you to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

What We Offer
