Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic insights to inform commercial business decisions across the real estate portfolio
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the corporate real estate portfolio, including occupancy factors and real estate usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver occupancy optimisation analysis and recommendations
  • Manage financial aspects of the property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate real estate business leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of corporate real estate portfolios and occupancy factors
  • Strong commercial modelling ability and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship building skills
