We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to partner with our business, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defending client data against threats and ensuring efficient service desk requests are fulfilled timely.
  • Empowering staff to use digital technologies and providing expert first-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong customer service and client management skills, a personal interest in IT and technology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

  • A valid full South Australia driver's license (C Class)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccinations and booster requirements
  • Child-Related Employment Screening via Department of Human Services
  • Child Safe Environments Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work outside normal office hours and travel within South Australia
