About this role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to partner with our business, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defending client data against threats and ensuring efficient service desk requests are fulfilled timely.
- Empowering staff to use digital technologies and providing expert first-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong customer service and client management skills, a personal interest in IT and technology, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- A valid full South Australia driver's license (C Class)
- National Police Clearance
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccinations and booster requirements
- Child-Related Employment Screening via Department of Human Services
- Child Safe Environments Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work outside normal office hours and travel within South Australia
