Lead Dynamics CRM Marketing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the expansion and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the expansion of Dynamics CRM Marketing capabilities, including the configuration and implementation of real-time journeys and event planning modules.
  • They will advise on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, as well as collaborate with internal teams to develop nurture activities such as customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, and campaigns.
  • The consultant will provide technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the optimisation process.

This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM Marketing features, specifically real-time journeys and event planning modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and configuring these features to support marketing and event activities and automation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the expansion of real-time journeys and event planning modules, including the configuration and implementation of new features.
  • Advising on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop nurture activities, including customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, and campaigns.
  • Providing technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the optimisation process.
