Role Description:

Product Coordinator

">

We are seeking a Product Coordinator to join our team. As a key role, you will influence, lead and drive the trading plan and roadmap for our prepaid and mobile products.

">

You will work closely with our senior product managers and peers in the consumer mobile team to define the trading plan and strategic roadmap. Your responsibilities will include planning and tracking key product changes, ensuring all business casing and PMO processes are progressed to the relevant stages.

">

Additionally, you will support our consumer trading team to assess the impact of product and pricing changes, and deliver change quickly and efficiently via regular communication and planning with key vendors.

">

As a dynamic and innovative thinker, you will brainstorm new revenue lines and opportunities to meet or exceed our growth objectives. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including market and customer analysis, reporting, and marketing campaign execution.

  • Prior experience in product, marketing or digital roles, accompanied by a bachelor's degree.">
  • Strong retail background and intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.">
  • A natural ability to consider commercial needs while seeing the world through the customer's eyes.">
  • Ability to think innovatively as new ideas are key to driving customer growth and the customer experience.">
  • Strong communication skills.">
