About the Position

A Product Manager is needed to lead product development from concept through to market launch.

Chief Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on existing product performance, identifying opportunities for refinement or expansion.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, production, and launch.
  • Collaborate with designers and partner teams, providing clear briefs and guiding designs to meet project goals.
  • Ensure new products align with sustainable values and can be manufactured effectively.
  • Manage timelines, supplier relationships, and project scope to ensure smooth development and delivery.
  • Work alongside marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to inform future product direction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in product management or buying within furniture, homewares, or a related design-driven industry.
  • Strong design sensibility with ability to assess aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Experience managing designers and guiding creative development processes.
  • Understanding of sustainable and ethical production practices.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across internal teams and external partners.
