About the Role

The position of Supply Chain Manager involves leading and coordinating logistics and warehouse operations across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact role suited to professionals who combine operational efficiency with strategic vision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and leverage data-driven insights to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and compliance of 3PL and transport providers across AU & NZ ensuring timely delivery and quality services.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and monthly/annual stock takes to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight ensuring efficient and reliable transportation.
  • Lead warehouse invoice verification, PO receipt validation, and GIT reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on availability and fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant Australian import/export regulations.
  • Drive operational excellence through data analysis, process review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage procurement processes including RFQs and logistics tenders to secure optimal solutions.
  • Support returns, refurbishment, and scrapping processes with the Service team.
  • Lead local logistics meetings and interface with global logistics counterparts to foster effective collaboration.
