We are seeking an exceptional Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key role in our supply chain operation, responsible for managing vehicle stock and coordinating shipments. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The Vehicle Logistics Coordinator will be based in our Sydney office and will be responsible for:

  • Allocating Kia vehicles to our dealer network
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock management systems
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Kia services
  • Monitoring wholesale numbers to meet targets
  • Providing training to dealers on our system (Dealer Portal)
  • Establishing effective relationships with dealers in both metro and rural regions
  • Providing ongoing support to the dealer network and identifying sales opportunities for our product range
  • Arranging and coordinating online and physical dealer meetings for the region

  • A valid driver's licence
  • A passion for motor vehicles, desirable
  • Ability to work in a sales team environment
