Geely Auto Australia is seeking a highly skilled and organized logistics professional to join our team as a Transport Supervisor.
- We are looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills, who can effectively coordinate the transportation of parts to dealerships across the country.
- Manage inventory levels to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly parts sales strategies
- Support the Parts Manager in daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the department
- Conduct monthly analysis of sales, inventory, returns, and quality data
- Lead communication with suppliers and dealer partners on specific projects
- Provide accurate information to internal and external customers and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Collaborate with other departments and regional field staff to enhance service quality and grow parts sales
- Support the development and implementation of national parts processes and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement through regular dealer performance reviews
- Oversee warranty returns and manage root-cause analysis for defective parts
