About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Dexus Retail Property Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial and analytical services across the Retail platform.

In this role, you will work closely with the Investment Management team to develop strategic models for the investment performance of individual retail assets within our portfolio. You will also be responsible for preparing asset plans, reviewing valuations, and coordinating reporting deliverables.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and commercial mindset, be agile and proactive, and have excellent problem-solving capabilities. You will also need to be proficient in Excel and financial modelling.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about finance and has a strong understanding of the retail property sector. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels and deliver high-quality outputs.

You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
