Job Opportunity

Assist the Head Chef in creating menus, sourcing fresh ingredients and managing kitchen operations.

This role involves working with a team to prepare and serve high-quality meals that cater to diverse dietary needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing menu designs that consider varied ingredients, choices and nutritional value
  • Leading by example and promoting a positive kitchen culture that encourages engagement, growth and development among team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in commercial cookery or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
  • Experience with dietary requirements and food safety protocols
