  • The program covers multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics, ensuring a thorough understanding of speech pathology principles and practices.
  • You will have opportunities to shadow experienced therapists, gaining valuable insights into real-world applications.
  • New Graduate peer meetings provide a platform for networking and collaboration with current and former new graduates.
  • Weekly clinical supervision ensures tailored support and guidance throughout the program.

Your role will involve managing your caseload to provide timely and evidence-based intervention to individuals across the lifespan, from pre-schoolers to adults with various conditions.

Opportunities exist for internal professional development and access to external training budgets to further expand your skills and knowledge.

You will be allocated necessary equipment and resources, including IT tools and company vehicles for personal use.

Join a large multidisciplinary team of over 100 therapists across QLD, NSW, and the ACT.

Requirements
  • A genuine interest in human services and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Understanding of NDIS (desired) and ability to work effectively within this framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Capacity to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with SPA.
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of assessments and interventions within your scope of practice.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive within the region.
  • Blue Card and NDIS worker check.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
