Key Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Operations Leader to join our luxury showroom and manufacturing facility.

As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team across three showrooms, ensuring smooth daily operations across sales, manufacturing, logistics, and office admin functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee a small sales team, with a strong focus on sales strategy, while building relationships with clients using a consultative approach.
  • Manage all aspects of inventory management, production planning, delivery scheduling, purchasing, order processing, logistics, and manufacturing operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales metrics, and inventory status.
Essential Requirements:
  • Extensive retail and or sales management experience and knowledge, with sales of high-ticket items regarded.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to nurture and develop team members, and lead from the front.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), with a strong understanding of sales reporting, automation, and data-driven decision making.
