Leadership Role

Achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals by leading a team of retail professionals. Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer service.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
  • Sales Growth and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, working environment.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Develop and manage vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in the grocery or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
