About the Role

We are seeking a suitably experienced professional to fill this HSE advisor position.

The role is responsible for overseeing site health safety and environment activities.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing risk management strategies, and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of improving health and safety performance
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
