Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily restaurant operations and provide exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate team members to deliver smooth service and high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations during shifts for seamless delivery and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency in service and quality.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to ensure superior service and engagement.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to meet food quality and timing expectations.
  • Oversee bookings for accurate reservations and optimised occupancy.
  • Maintain high cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards across the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and hotel policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing feedback and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, and timesheet approval.
  • Foster a positive work environment for high staff morale and reduced turnover.
  • Support ongoing professional development through training and regular feedback.
  • Represent the restaurant at meetings and assist senior management as required.
