A recently refurbished, modern coastal tavern with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality dining and entertainment experiences is seeking an experienced leader to take ownership of its operations.

  • Capacity: Up to 500 guests
  • A multi-faceted operation offering vibrant bar services, full-service dining, late-night offerings, and a DELI-style takeaway concept
  • An extensive back bar, rotating beer taps, and a thoughtfully curated wine list are just some of the highlights of this exceptional venue
  • Located in a premium waterfront precinct with high foot traffic
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume venues or hospitality businesses
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on driving results through teamwork
  • A hands-on approach to training, coaching, and team development, with a commitment to excellence and compliance
  • A focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and staff development
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • A current Approved Manager's Card (essential)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certification also required
