Full Time Waitstaff

The Fresh Collective is seeking full-time waitstaff to join their team at UNSW, The Lounge.

  • - Full-time role with regular Monday to Friday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Take orders and ensure customers have a positive dining experience.
  • - Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • - A la carte and bar service for guests.
  • - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) technology to enter orders and handle cash/card transactions.
  • - Maintain an extensive knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu, and food offerings.
  • - Assist in opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • - Passionate about customer service and experienced in working in fast-paced environments.
  • - 1+ year experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • - La Carte waitperson experience.
  • - Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • - Well-presented individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • - Valid RSA certification.
  • - Current valid working rights in Australia.
  • - Availability to work Tuesday evenings until 7pm on selected days.
