Operational Excellence Leader, Brisbane North Facility

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to join our team in Brisbane North. This is a leadership role where you will drive operational excellence in processing and transport, ensuring safety, service quality, and cost management.
As the successful candidate, you will lead the way in one of our largest and most innovative facilities, driving new technologies and automated systems to enhance performance. You will work with an exceptional team to continually optimise and improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver service excellence and compliance across First, Middle and Last Mile while ensuring strong cooperation with internal and external customers, Government Authorities and BNE Airport (BAC).
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that performance and compliance standards are met.
- Lead the integration of new technologies and automation, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing performance.
- Foster a high-performance, engaged team by promoting a "One Team" culture, aligned with our values and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and the use of Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance operations.
- Manage cost savings initiatives and optimise network processes for greater efficiency.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including unions, customers, and community representatives, to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
