At CBRE, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our commercial properties in Brisbane.

This key role is responsible for ensuring plant reliability, tenant satisfaction, sustainability, and the preservation of property assets while maintaining safety across all systems. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader capable of negotiating and communicating effectively with clients, tenants, staff, and contractors.

The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee performance of service contractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with KPIs, and deliver efficient service across various technical domains. They will also maintain effective communication and responsiveness to tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating with the DEXUS Response Centre for improved service.

Additionally, this role involves monitoring operational expenditure, managing invoicing and budgets, and ensuring timely documentation updates while adhering to Quality Assurance practices. The successful applicant will address safety and environmental audit items, manage risks, and ensure documentation is maintained for compliance.

To succeed in this position, you will have a minimum 7 years' experience in building facilities/management roles with some team management experience. You will also have worked with and managed a portfolio of properties, preferably focused on sophisticated commercial and industrial properties.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexibility, freedom to show initiative, and opportunities for professional and career development.
