We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

Your Role

This role is critical in ensuring the retention of your allocated customer portfolio and will involve providing proactive updates to customers, problem-solving, and working closely with the field sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer shipments to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
  • Assist with the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Take ownership of customer accounts and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage quotations and customer data to ensure accuracy and integration into internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain operational relationships with customers to meet their needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to support business decisions.
