Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to complement our highly skilled team in Western Australia.

About the Role
  • Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain open communication with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning & Execution:
    • Review project information to determine time frames, funding limitations, project risk, and opportunities.
    • Compile project schedules and communicate them to all stakeholders.
    • Evaluate project procurement plans for alignment with defined budgets, timelines, and Oceaneering procedures.
    • Craft project reports, contractual documents, and presentations for management, clients, or other stakeholders as needed.
  2. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment):
    • Implement and enforce Oceaneering's HSE policies and procedures.
    • Promote a strong HSE culture among project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  3. General Responsibilities:
    • Perform additional tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position.
    • Assist with preservation, storage, and maintenance activities as required.
    • Continuously improve processes and drive efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in Subsea/Oil & Gas Engineering.
  • Strong technical and leadership aptitude, organizational skills, and ability to maintain good client relationships.
  • Advanced computer skills and willingness to learn new systems independently.
