Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering).
  • Significant experience (> 15 years) in minerals process plant design.
  • Knowledge of various processes and unit operations.
  • Proven engineering delivery experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, allocate work to others, and monitor progress.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
  • High-level communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment.
  • Ability to produce study estimates.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for systems and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control.
  • Attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Extensive industry contacts and ability to win client confidence through business development.
  • Willingness to travel if required.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
