Job Description

As an Electrical Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and leading electrical engineering projects at CPC Engineering. Your contributions will focus on developing innovative electrical systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mechanical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  • Provide project reviews of mechanical deliverables to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Coordinate designs and drafts from team members, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Monitor progress and schedule to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to CPC Engineering's policies, systems, procedures, and quality management requirements.

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree in a field related to the industry.
  • Significant experience (over 15 years) in minerals process plant design.
  • Familiarity with various processes and unit operations.
  • Experience in delivering engineering projects.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, allocate tasks to others, and monitor progress.

Skillset:

  • High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft office environment.
  • The ability to produce study estimates and manage studies, as well as small site projects, including variation management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for system follow-up.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control.
  • Attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Extensive industry contacts and the ability to win clients' confidence through business development.
  • Willingness to travel if required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
