Site Administrator Role Overview

The Site Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for site-based operations, ensuring seamless daily operations and efficient movement of personnel to and from site on a FIFO roster.

  • Coordinate travel bookings, create rosters, and adjust rosters as needed in response to staff leave or unavailability.
  • Book travel and accommodation for contractors and visitors, including Perth-based staff.
  • Scan and enter BAC/Timesheets daily.
  • Manage incoming calls to site, redirecting accordingly when necessary.
  • Order consumables for site events such as BBQs.
  • Manage staff database entries, exits, and contract extensions.
  • Ensure effective handover provided to back-to-back personnel during R&R/leaving site.
Accountabilities
  • Submit BAC/Timesheets in time for fortnightly payroll.
  • Ensure ongoing access to site for site-based staff by submitting CHFs to extend access.
  • Maintain registers like mobile equipment prestart defect register and fuel register.
  • Pick up and drop off personnel from/to the airport.
  • Submit qualification certificates to RTIO CAT 2/3.
  • Arrange gate access cards when required.
  • Organize wastewater removal, skip bins, and other ad hoc services. Arrange potable water delivery when needed.
  • Submit weekly report and monthly report.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in similar site-based positions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing rosters and flights.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commitment to following health, safety, and environment policies and procedures.
  • Remote site experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Current national police clearance or ability to obtain one.
