Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases and documentation

  • Assist in mobilising personnel to site
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Support payroll with timely data submission
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry sector
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical
