Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to manage our remote sites around Perth.

  • Manage maintenance records, including machine hours, purchase orders, and fuel usage.
  • Perform timesheet entry for employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and schedule rosters.
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders, cross-referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
  • Cost and invoice jobs, creating breakdowns and quotes.
  • Maintain training records and assist with training bookings and inductions.
  • Facilitate new starter processes, including inductions, paperwork, and accommodation.
  • Assist with database management and document upkeep.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organisational skills, strong communication and people skills, and be self-motivated and energetic.

  • Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator or Maintenance Administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently delivering quality outcomes.
