Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

This is a mid-senior level Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position that plays a critical role in managing and enhancing production systems. The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack focusing on infrastructure, automation, security, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain stable, secure, and high-performance production environments by implementing best practices for cloud-based infrastructure
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on security and scalability by leveraging tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GoCD to streamline software delivery and deployment processes
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Python scripting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
  • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions such as ELK stack and Icinga to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in fast-paced, agile tech environments with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Strong expertise with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting with hands-on experience managing containerized environments
  • Familiarity with ELK stack, Kafka, Apache Spark, and MongoDB is a plus
