As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the nursing team in planning, assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Demonstrate professional practice, adhering to AHPRA standards, legislative requirements, and Healthscope policies
- Act as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team, contributing to team processes and practices
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless patient care across the healthcare continuum
- Maintain professional relationships with VMO partners, using a customer service mindset to drive high-quality patient outcomes
- Current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care or 3 years' experience in ICU
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused
- Flexibility to work a full rotating roster
