Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Knox Private Hospital. As the right-hand person to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional organisational and administrative support to enable the smooth execution of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide diary management and coordination of executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.
- Coordinate the creation of documents, minute-taking, and distribution of minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
Specialist Accreditation
- Organise and maintain the accreditation of all VMOs using the eCredentialing system.
Essential Criteria
- Three years of executive administration experience in a busy and professional environment.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail, including in written materials.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & KRONOS System.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and take directions.
- Previous administrative experience in a hospital/healthcare environment is desirable.
