Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modular home construction and project management, as well as a strong understanding of building installations.

The Role
  • Lead and manage the construction team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee all aspects of modular home construction, including site preparation, building installation, and final handover.
  • Manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes and meet quality expectations.
  • Implement and maintain workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company policies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications, Attitude & Experience required for the role:

  • Current White Card (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building installations (preferred but not essential).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS practices, and NCC building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
  • Brings a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leads with integrity, enjoys working as part of a team and helping guide other team members.
