Site Coordination Lead

Job Description:

The Site Coordination Lead will oversee the coordination and supervision of on-site installations and site fitouts, primarily located within 400 km of a designated area. This role involves coordinating subcontractors and day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake site assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee on-site works, including coordination, compliance, and quality inspections.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards.
  • Report back to the Operations Manager on progress, risks, and site issues.
  • Maintain a strong site presence to support project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor qualification.
  • Strong residential building background with experience in construction delivery.
  • Comfortable with regular regional travel, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Hands-on, practical leadership style with limited office work.
  • Ability to communicate well with both trades and management.
