Job Overview

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time and to the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modular home construction and project management, with a strong understanding of building installations and modern construction methods.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation to meet financial targets. They will also oversee all aspects of modular home construction, including site preparation, building installation, and final handover.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the construction team to achieve project goals.
  • Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current White Card (mandatory).
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building installations and modern construction methods.
