About Us:
We are a veteran-owned and operated small to medium enterprise (SME) specializing in consulting and professional services within intricate Defence environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Director in daily operations.
- Evaluate contract-related deliverables, CRDLs, and commercial communications.
- Engage collaboratively within the Integrated Project Team.
- Provide insights and guidance during commercial and contractual negotiations.
- Draft commercial documentation for Commonwealth submissions.
- Prepare briefs for senior management including the Director and DG.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Support.
- Active NV1 security clearance or higher is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and the ability to operate independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Commonwealth procurement policies and Defence-specific commercial practices.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Completion of relevant Defence training such as ASDEFCON modules and Probity in Defence.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
