About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at Community Bank North Perth. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and educating customers on our online platforms and tools.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you'll be able to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Educate customers on our online platforms and tools, including digital banking and mobile banking
  • Recommend bank products and services to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
