About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Wellways Australia Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with daily activities, such as personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with transportation, shopping, and other daily tasks
  • Building strong relationships with participants and their families
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of care and services
