About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Wellways Australia Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our participants to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized support plans to meet their goals. You will provide support with daily activities, such as personal care, domestic assistance, and transportation, as well as assist with meal preparation, shopping, and medication management.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, and have relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
