Team Leader Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled team leader to join our team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and that the business runs smoothly.

About this role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of commitment and dedication. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in hospitality and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • To manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • To control costs and minimize waste.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
