Lead and Develop a Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and rostering staff, and assisting guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational aspects of the hotel, including food, bars, and gaming areas

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably in food, bars, and gaming
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, and Gaming Licence
